Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hundred X mobile application ("Hundred X," "the app"). Hundred X is operated by Alute Media ("we," "us," "our"), based in the Netherlands. By downloading or using Hundred X, you agree to these Terms.
1. The app
Hundred X is a daily habit tracking and personal ranking application for iOS. It helps you check in across ten life categories, score each day out of one hundred, build streaks, and rank your progress over time.
Hundred X is not a medical device. It does not provide medical, psychological, nutritional, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting a new program, making dietary changes, or if you have any health condition that may be affected by lifestyle changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Hundred X. If you are under 18, you may only use Hundred X with the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Hundred X offers a free tier and three paid options ("Hundred X Pro"):
- Monthly subscription — €7.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Annual subscription — €39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Lifetime Pro — €79.99 one-time purchase, no recurring charges.
All prices are shown in the currency of your App Store region and may vary accordingly. Taxes are included where required by local law.
Payment: subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Apple will charge you at the beginning of each billing period. Hundred X does not handle your payment details.
Free trials: your subscription begins immediately if you start a monthly or annual plan with a free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel any time during the trial without being charged.
Auto-renewal: Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID will be charged for the renewal at the then-current price.
Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Hundred X → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Hundred X Pro features until then.
Refunds: we do not process refunds directly. Refund requests must be made to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's refund policy applies.
Lifetime Pro: a one-time purchase that unlocks Hundred X Pro features for the lifetime of the app on your Apple ID. "Lifetime" means for as long as Hundred X is commercially available on the App Store. If we discontinue Hundred X, your Lifetime Pro cannot be refunded or transferred.
Referral rewards: Hundred X may offer promotional unlocks (for example, Lifetime Pro for users who bring 5 accepted invites). Promotional unlocks are subject to change, may be withdrawn at any time, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Your use of Hundred X
You agree to:
- Use Hundred X only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app's code.
- Not use Hundred X in a way that could harm other users, us, or the service.
- Not use Hundred X to harass, abuse, or impersonate others, including in any social or leaderboard features.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the information you enter into Hundred X (your check-ins, scores, habits, notes, etc.). Because Hundred X is a local-first app, this data stays on your device by default. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Intellectual property
All Hundred X trademarks, logos, design, text, graphics, rankings, and software are owned by Alute Media and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the app or its contents.
7. Disclaimers
Hundred X is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that Hundred X will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that calculations (such as daily scores or rank tiers) are accurate for every user or every situation.
Lifestyle outcomes depend on many individual factors. Hundred X is a tracking and motivational tool, not a guarantee of results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alute Media, its officers, directors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Hundred X, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or injury resulting from lifestyle changes. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to Hundred X will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using Hundred X at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to Hundred X if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, limitations of liability, and intellectual property) will survive.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of Hundred X after material changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence grant you additional protections.
