How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → SubscriptionsHundred XCancel Subscription. Your Hundred X Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

When you start a monthly or annual subscription with a free trial, you get full Hundred X Pro access for 7 days at no cost. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have a specific concern we can help with, please email us and we'll do our best to assist.

Hundred X isn't picking up my Apple Health data.

Open iOS SettingsHealthData Access & DevicesHundred X, and make sure the read permissions are enabled for the data types Hundred X uses (steps, sleep, resting heart rate, active calories, workouts). Hundred X reads from Apple Health but does not write to it. If permissions look correct but data still isn't reflecting in the app, try force-quitting and reopening Hundred X.

My daily score looks wrong.

Your daily score is calculated from your check-ins across the ten categories. If a category hasn't been checked in for the day, or if a habit hasn't been ticked, the score may look lower than expected. Tap any category on your Dashboard or Profile to see the breakdown of how it's contributing. If you still think something's off, email us with a screenshot and we'll investigate.

How do I delete my data?

Because Hundred X stores your data locally on your device, the fastest way to remove everything is to delete the app. Your check-ins, scores, habits, and settings are gone with the uninstall. Your Apple subscription record is held by Apple — cancel the subscription separately through Settings if needed.

I lost my invite code / my friend's invite isn't working.

Your invite code is generated when you first open Hundred X and is visible on your Profile screen. Invite codes are tied to your install on your current device. If you reinstall, you'll get a new code. Email us if you think your referral reward hasn't applied correctly.

Which iOS devices are supported?

Hundred X runs on iPhone with iOS 15 or later. iPad is not supported in this version.

Is my data private?

Yes. Hundred X is local-first — your check-ins, scores, habits, and notes stay on your device. We don't run a server that stores your personal information, we don't have user accounts, and we don't use analytics or tracking SDKs. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
